Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili to Visit Brussels on November 30 Print Version

On November 30, Giorgi Kvirikashvili, the Prime Minister of Georgia, will visit Brussels. The Head of Georgian Government will participate in the Third Meeting of the Georgia-EU Association Council in Brussels, which is scheduled for December 2.

The three-day visit includes meetings with Martin Schulz (President of the European Parliament) and Donald Tusk (President of the European Council).

Giorgi Kvirikashvili is also scheduled to meet NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. After the meeting, the parties will make joint press statements.

The Prime Minister of Georgia will hold bilateral meetings with representatives of the European Commission and the European Parliament: Federica Mogherini (High Representative for Foreign affairs and Security Policy), Johannes Hahn (Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations), Dimitris Avramopoulos (Commissioner for Migration, Home Affairs and Citizenship), Miguel Arias Cañete (Commissioner for Climate Action and Energy), Cecilia Malmström (Commissioner for Trade), and Elmar Brok (Chairman of the European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs).
