Today's Cabinet session, chaired by Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili at the Government Administration, discussed 14 issues on its meeting agenda.

On the Georgian Government's decision, a section of Mtskheta Municipality territory, namely 232635.00 m2 in the village of Tserovani, will enjoy a status of a specially regulated and industrial/economic zone, with a view to fostering the construction of international standard B category logistics park. This project, to be implemented by Tushi Collection LLC, seeks to build a logistics park on 60,000 m2. The project encompasses 6 warehouses and infrastructure for office spaces/hotels and bus stations.

In addition, under the Georgian Tea state program for rehabilitating tea plantations, tea will be grown annually on 2 plots with a combined agricultural area of 108.07 ha in the village of Dedalauri, Khoni Municipality. To that end, on the Government's decision, these parcels will be handed over to the designated tea producing company for 25 years, with the right to lease.
