I wish a Happy Hanukkah-a great feast of good prevailing over evil, of purification and renewal- to the Jewish community in Georgia, repatriates from our country to their historical homeland of Israel, and all Jews around the world.
The unique millennia-long relations between Georgians and Jews are the finest example of friendship between nations and states. Jews, famed for their talents and industriousness, are making an invaluable contribution to the building of our shared homeland.
