I wish a Happy 27th Anniversary of the Special State Protection Service of Georgia to you the personnel of this service, its leadership, each officer and veteran-all of you faithfully standing guard over our country's security.
On this day, we once again pay homage to the eternal memory of your fellow fighters fallen heroically in the line of duty.
Serving one's people and state is the most honorable cause. Over the years, thanks to the professionalism and selflessness of each and every one of you, the Special Service has developed into a most important institution meeting international standards, one making an invaluable contribution to the protection of national interests and cementing the country's security. I am grateful to you for serving the Georgian state, and I wish success, prosperity, and peace to you and your families.
