Regardless of flights possibly resuming with particular countries, we are not talking about reopening borders, though they will reopen eventually. The Government has decided to resume, on July 6, the program for facilitating the organized return of our citizens, Georgian emigrants, from Europe, Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia told the press.

According to the Head of Government, the issue of reopening borders is presently negotiated with the Baltic States, Germany, France, Poland, and every country with good chances of resuming direct flights.

"The program for facilitating the organized return of our citizens, Georgian emigrants, from Europe will be much broader in scope. On Monday, we will have a concrete list of affordable flights from particular capitals and countries, with frequency and dates pinpointed. For these flights, our fellow citizen emigrants will pay no more than 200 euro, contrary to rumors about some disastrous amounts," the Prime Minister said.
