"Today, we are introducing a new legislative initiative that will render this market even more open and competitive. The market, which will be based on the so-called premium feel principle, will be more commercially attractive to investors, so that their investments can be quick and effective, which will ensure a high degree of energy independence for the country," Giorgi Gakharia stated.
