Prime Minister of Georgia Meets Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Georgia Print Version

Kazakhstan expresses keen interest in developing tourism and investing in the infrastructure of Georgia. It was mentioned at a meeting of Giorgi Gakharia, Prime Minister of Georgia and H.E. Baurzhan Mukhamejanov, Ambassador Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary of Kazakhstan to Georgia today.

Head of Government of Georgia confirmed his readiness to support investments of Kazakh companies if and when required.

Discussion was focused on the trade and economic cooperation existing between the two countries, along with the development prospects of bilateral relations in future. Positive trend of advancements in tourism was stressed at the meeting. Fact of Kazakhstan leading among other countries in terms of the increased number of visitors to Georgia was also commended at the meeting.

Parties expressed hope that current cooperation of the two countries will further deepen and develop in future.
