According to the Head of Government of Georgia, certain groups that have no desire to let the country develop in a peaceful manner, try to harm the future of the country through various provocations.
"Certain groups that have no desire to let the country develop in a calm and peaceful manner, try to harm the future of our country through various provocations. Such attempts have been witnessed some time ago, when a revolutionary scenario was planned against the state and government, but now they apparently decided to cause uncertainties in the church through destructive actions. It is by no means acceptable and we all understand it well that Patriarch of Georgia is a symbol of church and statehood. We will not let anyone threaten our future and future of our children with such destructive actions either within the state, or church" noted the Prime Minister of Georgia
