Unless the country's economic development is in place, unless a strong middle class is established, and professional bureaucracy is empowered, challenges will continue to grow, Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia stated during his meeting with International Education Center (IEC) graduates.

The Head of Government singled out employment, education, and the country's security as the main challenges, and added that tackling them in said directions is the key priority.
Giorgi Gakharia emphasized the need to make use of the knowledge and experience of IEC graduates for the country to respond to its challenges.

"In this regard, you, through your education and competence, can make a tremendous difference. What matters today is putting your knowledge to use in a pragmatic manner so as to take on the challenges facing the country," Giorgi Gakharia said.
The Q/A-format meeting's participants included almost 50 IEC scholarship holders.
