Polish President of the Council of Ministers Mateusz Morawiecki congratulates Giorgi Gakharia on his appointment to the Office of Prime Minister.
The congratulatory letter emphasizes unconditional support for Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity within internationally recognized borders. In the same vein, Poland strongly supports Georgia's European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations, the letter reads.
"I am convinced that the Georgian Government under your leadership will spare no effort to cement Georgia's position in the international arena, and to strengthen the country's security, by consistently implementing the ambitious Association Agreement agenda, and by deepening cooperation with NATO. I also believe that your taking office as Prime Minister will contribute to furthering and dynamically developing traditionally productive Poland-Georgia cooperation, and will benefit our countries and nations. I wish you success in strengthening Georgia's independence and implementing social and economic reforms, which will benefit every citizen of Georgia," the congratulatory letter reads.
