Maya Tskitishvili and Thea Tsulukiani will serve as Deputy Prime Ministers in the new Cabinet. It was announced by Giorgi Gakharia, Prime Minister of Georgia at an Executive Government Meeting today.

According to the Head of Government of Georgia, referred ministers are long-serving and experienced members, thus making this adjustment justified to further empower the team. Prime Minister of Georgia wished every success to Vakhtang Gomelauri and Irakli Gharibashvili, returnee Ministers of Interior and Defense respectively.

In addition, Executive Government Meetings will be regularly held at 10 every Thursday morning in line with a decision of the Head of Government of Georgia.

Also, our principles should be openness and communication at its best with our citizens, civil society and businesses. We should all care primarily for our youth, children and merited elderly. I also wish to urge each of you under the principle of openness to share information with media after the Executive Government Meetings not only about those significant issues that we are raised here, but also about other topics of interest and significance for our society and citizens, even if they are not discussed at the Executive Government Meeting that day" addressed the Prime Minister of Georgia to his Cabinet Ministers.

Government of Georgia was gathered at the first Executive Government Meeting led by Giorgi Gakharia, Prime Minister today. Agenda of the meeting includes 11 topics for discussion and review.
