“To my mind, it does not correspond to what it should be” stated Mamuka Bakhtadze, Prime Minister of Georgia in response to a question posed by journalists on the topic of published data on the subsistence minimum of an average consumer.
Head of Government of Georgia noted that a question on the methodology used for the calculation of the subsistence minimum should be responded by the National Statistics Office of Georgia, aka GeoStat.
“We stated even when previous data was released that GeoStat calculates all by international methodology. It should be explained in detail by them. From my standpoint, it will definitely not be enough” stated the Prime Minister of Georgia.
