"Mountains and people that stronghold these mountains are the wealth of Georgia" stated Mamuka Bakhtadze, Prime Minister of Georgia at a meeting with local community in Ghorjomi Village of Khulo Municipality today.
Head of Government of Georgia stressed the special importance of Adjarian Highlands and noted that strength of the state, public and patriotic conscious is best felt there.
"I find visits to Adjarian Highlands particularly emotional. Very strong people live here. I know that a lot of problems exist in the high terrain regions of the country, however I wish to express my enormous gratitude to you for sustaining the livelihood in mountains of Georgia. We have no greater wealth than mountains. Nobody should be illusioned otherwise. Mountains and people that stronghold these mountains are the greatest wealth Georgia has" noted the Prime Minister of Georgia when talking with the local community.
Head of Government of Georgia spoke about planned and ongoing projects implemented in the Adjara region. Construction of a high quality healthcare facility will be launched this year on the grounds of instructions issued by the Prime Minister of Georgia.
"We are implementing very important projects, which have been discussed for dozens of years. They were launched, but halted. That practice now belongs to the past. Road under construction, which will be completed in the nearest future, is not only very important for each of you, but is of strategic and national significance for Georgia. It will ignite new life and energy to this gorgeous settlement" noted the Prime Minister of Georgia.
Head of Government of Georgia also underlined the significance of education as a national idea at a meeting with local population and noted that new and modern schools, kindergartens and vocational education centers will be built in the Adjarian Highlands and all other region of Georgia.
"Our children, our future generation is our greatest wealth. You are aware of my attitude to education. We have very talented children. I promise that the greatest schools and kindergartens will be all around Georgia and primarily in your region. It is currently a problem, but we will attend to it by all means. We will establish the greatest vocational education centers to let your children and future generations get the best skills and knowledge, as you are the people that love reading and working most of all. I thank you all greatly for this" concluded the Prime Minister of Georgia.
Meeting of the Head of Government of Georgia with local population was held at the House of Arts and Culture of Ghorjomi.
