Prime Minister Visits Rehabilitation Site on Queen Tamar Street in Zugdidi Print Version

Today, Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze visited the rehabilitation site on Queen Tamar Street in Zugdidi.

The Head of Government familiarized himself with the process of rehabilitation and emphasized the need to finalize the process within tight deadlines. Mamuka Bakhtadze also spoke with local residents who emphasized the previously damaged asphalt and concrete pavement on Queen Tamar Street as an obstacle for traffic and a source of their personal discomfort.

Under the rehabilitation project, asphalt and concrete will be paved on the highway, street gutter networks, curbs, lawns, and sidewalks will be arranged. In addition, road signs will be installed, and the street's section for vehicle traffic will be marked.

The 5,000,000 GEL rehabilitation project is carried out by the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia.
