Prime Minister Visits Tech Park and Vocational School Construction Sites Print Version

The construction of the Kaspi Tech Park is about to be launched. Today, Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze familiarized himself with the 2.2 million GEL project.
The Head of Government emphasized the need to promote innovation development and the importance of developing similar projects throughout the country.

Financed by the Municipal Fund of the Georgian Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure, the construction of the Tech Park will complete at the end of this year. Under the project, a two-story structure will be built to accommodate working and learning units, a so-called Fab Lab, and conference and supplementary sections, and a working space. It is also planned to put in place an open terrace for various activities. The project takes into account the needs of persons with disabilities.
The Head of Government also familiarized himself with the process of construction of the Kaspi vocational school.

The construction of this vocational school for 200 students will be finalized by the end of this year. The project's volume is about 3.9 million GEL. Along with the school, athletic infrastructure and a courtyard will be put in place, and saplings will be planted. This modern-standard vocational college will prepare veterinarians and specialists in agriculture-related fields like mechanization, gardening, and orchard-keeping. The school's students will also be able to study arc welding, high-voltage power, electrical wiring and installation, crane operation, and other skills.
