Today, the Prime Minister of Georgia visited the Svaneti Museum of History and Ethnography.
Mamuka Bakhtadze viewed unique exhibits, including unique examples of the Georgian arts of repousse and iconography, and ancient manuscripts, in terms of which the museum is one of the richest in the country.

According to the Head of Government, it is commendable that the museum meets modern standards and offers its visitors and tourists a full picture of both Svaneti and Georgia as a whole, along with the country's unique culture.
In 2016, the Svaneti Museum of History and Ethnography was ranked among the world's top ten museums, and the number of its guests is growing every year.
