"Very healthy process is occurring within the party, which was announced by the Party Chairman some months ago" stated Mamuka Bakhtadze, Prime Minister of Georgia in response to a question posed by journalists in Davos today.
As for the judiciary, Head of Government of Georgia believes that the ruling political team has already made a solid statement on this matter.
"It is natural that definition of criteria and procedures is essential to convince the society that we are dealing with a very healthy process. In the capacity of the Head of Government of Georgia, I stated that we will never intervene in the operation of an independent wing of the authority. We put an end to the malpractice of government officials "fixing the court deals" back in 2012. As for the procedures and objective criteria, they essentially need to be defined and become compatible with best international and European practices" concluded the Prime Minister of Georgia.
