Deeper Georgia-Poland political and economic relations and the regional state of affairs were discussed during today's meeting between the Prime Ministers of the two countries. The meeting was held as part of the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Mamuka Bakhtadze and Mateusz Morawiecki emphasized the high level of cooperation between the two countries under the Tbilisi Forum, an ongoing partnership format, and pointed out that the results achieved so far allow for advancing the close political and economic relations between Georgia and Poland to a new level.

Special emphasis was placed on Georgia's progress toward European and Euro-Atlantic integration.

The parties also discussed the situation in the region. The Prime Minister of Georgia thanked his Polish counterpart for firmly supporting the country's territorial integrity and sovereignty.

The meeting was attended by Georgia's Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani.
