Mamuka Bakhtadze, Prime Minister of Georgia visited the construction site of the Courtyard by Marriott in Batumi today.

Multi-functional asset of exclusive architecture with 41 floors under the name of Alliance Palace will admit 150 rooms of international hotel chain - Courtyard by Marriott - on its first five floors, while other floors will be used for premium class hotel apartments.

Ultra-modern technologies were used in the construction process. Interior design works are in progress now within the Alliance Palace hotel apartments, which are made by the design of an international Studio D73 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of the current year.

In parallel, internal construction works are in an active phase of completion within the Courtyard by Marriott segment and first guests will be greeted from next year.

Apart from the Courtyard by Marriott, another international company - Sophos Hotels - will also get engaged in the project of the Alliance Group to manage the asset.

Investment value of the project currently exceeds 45 MLN USD and almost 1000 people are employed in the construction phase. Upon commissioning, it will employ over 300 people.
