Our peace initiative enjoys full support from the US, the EU, and all our partner countries, Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze told the press in his comment on this topic.
According to the Head of Government, this initiative will enable us to stop the ongoing depopulation in the occupied territories.
"Today, I stated directly from the UN platform that what is happening in our occupied territories is a humanitarian disaster. We have initiatives designed to stop this humanitarian disaster, to create a platform for dialogue, and to provide our citizens with access to educational and healthcare services and commercial activities, so that they may have a basic opportunity to feed their families. It is a very important initiative, and I am convinced that, with support from the global community, we will start implementing our peace initiative in real life," the Prime Minister said.
