Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze summarized the visit of European Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn to Georgia.
As the Head of Government pointed out, Georgia's educational and economic reforms enjoy full support. According to him, the EU also supports steps promoting small and medium-size enterprises and Georgia's policy seeking to achieve inclusive economic growth.
"Importantly, during the Commissioner's visit, we opened the European School for the Eastern Partnership, the first of its kind to be established outside the EU and an innovation not only in Georgia but in the wider region. It is rewarding that Georgia has been honored with this privilege. I would like to thank our European friends for this decision making Georgia the first country to open this school. I am convinced that the European School will make a tremendous contribution to our educational reform. At the same time, it is a clear demonstration of our successful partnership with the EU, of our bilateral trust and friendship," Mamuka Bakhtadze underlined.
