Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze offers his condolences over the death of Ivane Kupradze, the Interim Head of the Borjomi-Kharagauli Protected Area, to the family and loved ones of the deceased.
"Unfortunately, I must start with condolences," Mamuka Bakhtadze stated. "Yesterday, our fellow compatriot Ivane Kupradze, the Interim Head of the Borjomi-Kharagauli Protected Area, perished while participating in a firefighting operation in the Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park. He was a distinguished and committed ranger who risked his life to protect the unique protected area in Borjomi from poachers. I express my deepest sadness and offer my sympathies to the family, loved ones, friends, and colleagues of Ivane Kupradze."
