We prioritize focusing on outcomes and producing results. One of the preconditions to achieve results is, among many other preconditions, practical experience and professionalism, Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze sated during his meeting with the National Movement faction.

The Prime Minister emphasized the experience of the economic ream's new Ministers Giorgi Kobulia and Ivane Machavariani.

"Goga Kobulia has experience working for a leading global corporation, and he is involved in the development of a global economic growth strategy, because he cooperates with all leading companies and states, directly participating in the creation of strategies that has benefited much both numerous states and many large companies. We are the only country enjoying FTAs with the EU and China, and we have many preconditions for taxation stimulation, and the like. However, it is necessary effectively to integrate our economy in global economy. Our market is very small, and it is necessary to integrate into large economic platforms. Giorgi Kobulia has much practical experience, and this was one of the key arguments why this decision was made," Mamuka Bakhtadze said.

According to the Prime Minister, as for Vano Machavariani, no government or state can be successful in the 21st century without its digital transformation.

"In the 21st century, government structures, especially state governance structurers, cannot be effective without relevant technologies in place. Estonia, a small country, for example, is a perfect example of what benefits the introduction of these technologies has brought about. No economic breakthrough or elimination of poverty will be possible without ushering in modern technology as it has been done by Eastern European countries. Vano Machavariani is a person who has practical experience in this area. At the same time, he has vision of macroeconomics and finances, as to how to introduce these reforms, including digitally, which is part of the program proposed by me. We prioritize results, and one of its key preconditions is practical experience and professionalism," Mamuka Bakhtadze said.

The members of the Cabinet also answered questions rom the National Movement's delegates.
