I absolutely must congratulate you on the success announced by the President of the International Ski Federation last night in Greece. A decision was made that Georgia will host the World Freestyle Ski and Snowboard Championship in 2023.
As it was specified, Bakuriani and Gudauri are becoming destinations of world importance. This decision is an event of utmost importance as it will foster the development of winter sports in Georgia, the building of modern infrastructure, and it will not only boost our country's visibility in the direction of winter sports, but it is also a decision that advances Georgia to the premier league, and we are gaining a foothold on the world map of winter sports and winter tourism. It is a decision of the greatest importance, and I once again congratulate you on this important event.
