"I wish all of you a Happy Glorious Feast of the Resurrection! Your Holiness, I wish you a happy feast! I ask God to grant us many years of your primacy in Georgia, and I wish unification to Georgia.
I would like to wish everyone the greatest joy granted by the Glorious Feast of the Resurrection. As you mentioned in your epistle, just as the True Church is the soul of the country, and the people are the body of the country, so I wish the unification of this God-created harmony to Georgia, the harmony that has carried our country through so far. I thank you, Your Holiness, for everything you have done for our country, and I beseech God to grant us many more years of His mercy embodied in your primacy as Patriarch," the Prime Minister of Georgia wished the Orthodox Christians a Happy Glorious Feast of the Resurrection.
Giorgi Kvirikashvili, together with the members of the Cabinet, attended the Paschal Liturgy officiated by His Holiness and Beatitude, Patriarch of All-Georgia, Archbishop of Mtskheta and Tbilisi, and Metropolitan of Bichvinta and Tskhum-Abkhazia Ilia II at the Cathedral of the All-Holy Trinity. During his sermon, the Patriarch invited the Prime Minister to address the parish.
"We are happy that our Liturgy is attended by His Excellence, Prime Minister Giorgi [Kvirikashvili], and I would like to ask him to wish our parish a Happy Feast of the Resurrection," His Holiness and Beatitude, Ilia II said.
