During the Munich Security Conference, Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili held a meeting with Prime Minister Mark Rutte of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

The parties discussed the further intensification of bilateral relations across different areas and economic ties. Special attention was paid to Georgia's investment and tourism potential, and the growing interest of Dutch investors and tourists in Georgia was underlined.

The Prime Ministers discussed Georgia's progress on the path to European and Euro-Atlantic integration. In this context, the successful implementation of the Association Agreement and the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area Agreement was singled out, and so was visa waiver for Georgian citizens traveling to the Schengen Area. Giorgi Kvirikashvili thanked the Kingdom of the Netherlands for its significant assistance in the country's European integration.

The conversation during the meeting also involved regional security and the situation in Georgia's occupied territories. The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands confirmed support of Georgia's territorial integrity and sovereignty.
