Once again, I would like to emphasize the importance of launching the structural reforms that we have already announced. I will not go into details any further - this is a reform that will bring a substantial, profound change into the quality of the management as well as into the process of achieving the results and we will all be able to see this.
I would like to congratulate Mikheil Chkhenkeli and Mamuka Bakhtadze on joining our team. Although, Mamuka has been in this room to discuss number of important issues many times before. Mikheil is attending the Government Session for the first time. I would like to wish you the best of luck. I believe that you will deal with the important tasks within your respective agencies with great success.
I would also like to thank Giorgi Mghebrishvili and Sandro Jejelava and wish them success as well. I believe that the changes brought about by the package of legislative amendments that will be heard today at the Government meeting, will prove to be very important.
I hope that we will be able to approve them and submit to the Parliament.
