Minister of Tolerance of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan will double the amount of investments in Georgia - he noted during his meeting with Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili.
Specific, large projects will be implemented in Georgia. The State Minister of United Arab Emirates positively assessed the work done by the Prime Minister of Georgia as well as the course adopted by the Government of Georgia and the reforms implemented throughout the country, which, according to him, serve the purpose of developing and promoting Georgia.
Sheikh stated that Georgia is a safe country with an attractive investment climate, maximally simplified business mechanisms, no corruption and these are the prerequisites for doubling the amount of investments in Georgia.
The Prime Minister informed the guest on the leading positions of Georgia in international rankings and Sheikh welcomed the said fact.
The parties also discussed the possibility of establishing the Embassy of United Arab Emirates in Georgia. The Sheikh noted that setting up a diplomatic mission in Tbilisi is very important and expressed readiness to provide maximum support for the implementation of the said initiative.
