Former Prime Minister of France, Mayor of the city of Bordeaux Alain Juppé welcomed the progress achieved by Georgia in the process of democratic development, - Alain Juppé made respective statement during his meeting with Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili.
The Prime Minister thanked the Mayor of Bordeaux for providing an opportunity to present Georgia as the first country that would demonstrate special types of wine to the whole world at the Center of Wine Civilization. Giorgi Kvirikashvili invited Alain Juppé to visit Georgia.
Mayor of Bordeaux also recalled the visit of the Prime Minister of Georgia at the inauguration of the City of Wine and thanked him once again for supporting the said initiative.
Meeting was held at the Center of Wine Civilization, after opening the Georgian exhibition "Georgia - Cradle of Wine" in Bordeaux.
