"The Memorandum of Cooperation between the Kutaisi University Complex and the Technical University of Munich, which was signed two days ago, engages the Technical University of Munich, not only as a consultant, but also as a partner under this project. This way, the Kutaisi University becomes a joint project implemented together with the Technical University of Munich, one of the top-rated schools of higher education in the world. It is a very important step reaffirming Georgia's immense potential to transform into an international regional hub of education, and Kutaisi is truly emerging as an important center for international education, this way reclaiming its historical status. I congratulate you on this great success! I am happy to see Georgia's popularity increase step by step, with students arriving for education not only from neighboring countries but from long distances as well. The Kutaisi University will become one of the leading educational institutions in Europe, and we are convinced that this project will prove a success," Giorgi Kvirikashvili stated.
