A new multifunctional clinic with 100 beds, Holy King Mirian and Queen Nana Mtskheta Medical Center, opened in Mtskheta under the Universal Healthcare Program. Today, Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili, in the company of Health Minister Davit Sergeenko and majoritarian MP Dimitri Khundadze, visited the newly rehabilitated medical facility.

The project's overall investment is 10 m GEL. The clinic is staffed with leading professionals and equipped with modern and innovative technology. The clinic employs almost 250 people.

The Mtskheta Medical Center is engaged in the Universal Healthcare Program, which enables its patients to receive quality medical assistance without having to leave the region and to enjoy free and affordable medical services. The clinic incorporates a 24/7 emergency service, intensive care and intensive therapy units.

The mew medical facility qualifies as a regional hospital of the Mtskheta-Mtianeti Municipality.
