Political relations, deeper trade and economic cooperation, and Georgia's European integration were the key topics of today's face-to-face meeting between the Prime Ministers of Georgia and Hungary.
Giorgi Kvirikashvili hosted Viktor Orbán at the Administration of the Government of Georgia.

The parties emphasized the strong and successful cooperation between Georgia and Hungary in a number of directions.

Special attention during the meeting was paid to investments and the growing interest of Hungarian companies in projects planned to be implemented in Georgia.

The Prime Minister of Georgia underlined the successful cooperation in the field of education, enabling Georgian students to study in Hungary's leading schools of higher education.

The conversation also involved Georgia's achievements on its path to European integration. Giorgi Kvirikashvili thanked Hungary for its support in this process. During the meeting, the Prime Minister of Hungary reassured his Georgian counterpart of Hungary's strong support for Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
