Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili met today with Minister of Administrative Reform and E-Government Olga Gerovasili of Greece. The parties discussed core issues of the partnership between the two countries and prospects of cooperation in different fields.

Special emphasis was placed on public service reform, a component of the Georgian Government's four-point reform agenda, which seeks to ensure broad public participation in the development of governance policies and decision-making. The Prime Minister introduced the Minister of Administrative Reform of Greece to the Business House plan under the governance reform. According to Kvirikashvili, the Business House embodies a brand new vision of cooperation between the state and the business sector, with representatives of the latter being able to enjoy almost 700 services at one location, on a single portal, using the single window principle.

The parties also emphasized the importance of the memorandum between the Georgian Ministry of Justice and the Greek Ministry of Administrative Reform and E-Governance. According to this document, Georgia will share with Greece its experience in ensure access to public services.
The Georgian side was represented at the meeting by Head of the Administration of Georgian Government Maya Tskitishvili and Georgia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Greece Ioseb Nanobashvili.
