Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili conducted the session of the Cabinet at the administration of the government. The Cabinet discussed 28 issues placed on the agenda.
According to the decision, 215 eco-migrant families will be handed over land plots. Furthermore, residences will be provided to 145 IDP families.
Within the framework of the state program - "Produce in Georgia", the government has approved "The privatization of the state-owned real estate by "Kurieri 2015" LTD through the direct sale" for the purpose of establishment of two new enterprises."Kurieri 2015" LTD will invest 187 392 GEL for the purpose of establishment of mineral-producing venture in the municipality of Marneuli, the village Ilmazlo.
Also, a limited liability company "Agroaroma group" will utilize privatized non-agricultural land and buildings placed on Orbeliani Street. respective property was obtained through direct sale of state-owned land. Respective territory will be used for the construction of enterprises manufacturing essential oils, animal feed and textile products. At least 1 200 000 worth of investment will be carried out. Enterprise will employ 62 people.
The government approved the draft Resolution "On the measures directed at the resolution of state obligations undertaken in a view of cooperative housing within the frames of the Law of Georgia "On the national debt", which provides for entrusting Tbilisi municipality with resolving the issue of the state debt caused by the interruption in termination of construction of cooperative housing.
The government also approved the "Technical Regulations - The labeling rules of beef and beef products." Compulsory labeling system will ensure accuracy of information regarding the meat, the individual animal or animal group, as well as information on the label.
According to the decision of the government, the Regional Development Fund will allocate 8 000 000 to the Mountain Resorts Development Company under the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development in order to increase its capital. Within the project, the ski resort amenities, infrastructure development and tourism potential of the region will be increased in 2016.
The Regional Development Fund will allocate 1 357 000 GEL to the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure to finance necessary construction work of water supply for eight villages of Gori municipality and two villages of Kaspi municipality.
Residents of eight villages of Gori municipality and two villages of Kaspi municipality near the Dividing Line, that collected drinking water from neighboring villages after the Russian-Georgian war of 2008, will be fully provided with drinking water.
Relevant service of the Ministry Labour, Health and Social Affairs strengthens preventive and response mechanism against forced labor and labor exploitation enhances. Hence the relevant draft resolution was approved by the government's session.
The government also adopted "The rules on the execution of works, types of services and methods of determining the fees for the services performed by the Public Law Entity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Emergency Management Agency in the field of civil security"
