I wish to express most extreme concerns about the terrorist attack occurring in Istanbul, which killed dozens of people. Let me bring deep condolences to the families and friends of the victims, people and authorities of Turkey.
I categorically condemn any and all forms of violence, which victimize human lives and are aimed at threatening people. We stand by the countries, which have announced a ruthless fight against terrorism. We join their undertakings and believe that we can combat brutalities only through shared efforts.
