Households of 195 internally displaced people (IDPs) will be provided with housing in line with the applicable Government Resolution, as announced by H.E. Giorgi Kvirikashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia at the Executive Government Meeting today. Households will thus reside in Tbilisi, Mtskheta, Khoni and Tskaltubo.
So far 13 600 IDP households were granted houses in permanent title ownership since 2012 and this process is ongoing.
