The most important component of the Government's four-point reform plan - project of the spatial planning of the country implies an additional investment in an amount of around 5 billion USD, - as Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili stated during the Government meeting, this includes funds allocated by the state and private sectors.

The Prime Minister indicated that the spatial planning implies ensuring the equal infrastructural conditions for all of the regions and villages in Georgia and the equal access of the residents and the private sector to the main services.
"This implies a significant transformation of Georgia through the partnership models during the next 4 years and will entail physical and qualitative changes. As a result, Georgia will transform into modern, European state with stable infrastructural environment, services and the power supply. This is an important plan and I am glad that we are in the beginning of its implementation. I believe that this will be a significant and successful plan of historic importance," - the Prime Minister stated.
