Georgia will host the first global conference on wine tourism under the umbrella of the UN World Tourism Organization.
This is one of the greatest events in the modern history of our country in terms of establishing its international image of Georgia as a cradle of winery, - Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili assessed holding of the global conference during today's Government Meeting.
The Government will welcome more than 250 delegates from 42 countries within the frames of the conference.
"Secretary General of the UN World Tourism Organization Taleb Rifai will attend this important conference. He is a great friend and a supporter of Georgia and we all welcome holding this conference in Georgia," - Prime Minister noted.
