Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili conducted a meeting with the Vice-Chair of Progressive Alliance of Social Democrats on Foreign Affairs Knut Fleckenstein. The participants of the meeting discussed main aspects of Georgian-German relations that have intensified lately.

Giorgi Kvirikashvili presented the 4-point plan of the rapid development of the country. Conversation also touched upon democratic reforms implemented in recent years and prescribed by the Association Agreement and are closely linked to the European and Euro-Atlantic choice of the country.

Knut Fleckenstein expressed full support to the European integration of Georgia and the visa liberalization processes. According to him, Government of Georgia has fully and thoroughly implemented tasks envisaged by the Action Plan and Georgian nationals deserve timely launch of visa free regime.

The participants of the meeting discussed upcoming parliamentary elections and outlined the importance of democratic, free and competitive election environment.

Prime Minister of Georgia thanked the vice-chair of the group of Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats of the European Parliament for supporting Georgia.
