The State Security Service of Georgia has conducted the work very effectively - respective statement was made by the Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili in his conversation with reporters while commenting on the issue of preventing the terrorist attack in Georgia.
"I would like to take this opportunity and thank all persons engaged in this operation, since great disaster was avoided. It was crucial to conduct such timely and effective operations," - Prime Minister noted.
The issue is a subject of an investigation, hence head of the Government refrains from commenting on it at this stage.
"Investigation into the case will begin. One is to be said - it is obvious that the grave risk has been avoided, hence special thanks are due to the State Security Service," - Giorgi Kvirikashvili noted.
