Prime Minister visited the “Camp of the Future” in Shaori Print Version

Prime Minister paid a visit to the "Camp of the Future" organized by Children and Youth National Center in Shaori. The camp is hosting more than 100 young people between the ages of 18 and 25.

Giorgi Kvirikashvili inspected the camp infrastructure and had a conversation with the young guests.
Guests of the camp demonstrated interest in the education system reform and listened to the Prime Minister's responses to their questions. Giorgi Kvirikashvili elaborated on topics that are interesting and important for the students. The conversation touched upon the employment of young people as well as prospects of developing of business sector. Innovative business support program "Startup Georgia", tourism development opportunities, planned and ongoing infrastructure projects were also examined. The young people were interested in whether the Prime Minister follows the Rio Olympic Games. According to Giorgi Kvirikashvili, the bronze medal awarded to judoist Lasha Shavdatuashvili is worth its way in gold.

This year "Camp of the Future" will host around 1400 young people arriving in 10 flows. The preference will be given to students with high academic achievements, members of socially vulnerable and IDP families as well as families with many children and of those who died in the fight for the territorial integrity of their country.

Children and Youth National Center and the Service of Education, Sports and Youth Affairs under the Tbilisi City Hall organize the "Camp of the Future" in Shaori.
