I would like to congratulate French Republic and people of France on their national holiday - Bastille Day.
It was a momentous event not only for France, but for the whole Europe. This day marks the beginning of the new era in Europe that lies at the core of democratic movements worldwide, human and civil rights, everything that we consider to be European values today.
I would like to wholeheartedly join the celebration of the French people and wish them peace and progress.
