The State Security and Crisis Management Council held a meeting under the leadership of Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili to discuss the situation in Amali-Devdoraki Canyon.
The meeting held at the situation room was attended by heads of all relevant governmental agencies. The Prime Minister was updated about the situation in the disaster zone as well as inspected the visual materials obtained from the respective territories and reports, prepared by specialists.
Participants of the meeting also presented a restoration plan for the damaged section. Giorgi Kvirikashvili instructed the meeting participants to eliminate results of the disaster in the shortest time. Pursuant to the Prime Minister's decision, the necessary measures will be coordinated by the Secretary of the State Security and Crisis Management Council.
