Another new venture is set up within the framework of State Program - "Produce in Georgia", - the decree on privatization of the state-owned property through a direct sale to the company "Woodmaster" will be discussed at the Cabinet Session today.
Within two years the company will create a venture manufacturing furniture, wood products, as well as all kinds of watches and their parts. The enterprise intends to conduct an investment in an amount of 1 793 thousand GEL and employ 50 individuals.
Pursuant to the Prime Minister, the state program "Produce in Georgia" is actively ongoing.
"The interest is still vivid and the results of this program will be achieved gradually. Number of companies that participated in the previous phase of the program has already been opened. In the future we will see new companies on a daily basis, which are drawn from the pool of "Invest in Georgia" participants, as well as the number of program beneficiaries of the agricultural sector. Process of creating companies will be continued by the state, this indicates particular attention demonstrated towards the new companies ", - the Prime Minister said.
