In the near future we will present the complete Infrastructural Development Action Plan that envisages improvement and construction of the main infrastructural channels as well as amelioration of the roads leading to the touristic infrastructure that will provide new opportunities for the development of our touristic sector, - Prime Minister noted before the Government Meeting today. Pursuant to him, the Government has ambitious plans.
"We have very ambitious plans. Few days ago we discussed the upcoming Infrastructural Development Action Plan with the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Government members. Throughout the coming 4 years we intend to undertake the volume of work that has not been performed throughout the last decade in Georgia. This are not exaggerated expectations, but rather a plan that is based on specific data and potential. In the near future we will present said Action Plan," - Prime Minister stated.
Pursuant to the Prime Minister, realization of the plan implies that the local community will have larger income. According to the Prime Minister, Government also works on the development plan of Mountainous Tusheti.
"We plan to elaborate the development plan of Mountainous Tusheti. This region has multiple designations in terms of security, preservation of ethno-culture, development of tourism and providing of social prosperity for the local residents - real heroes who stay here and preserve our historical land. Our duty is to pay particular attention to this region. Will not enumerate other projects that will be addressed as separate strategic projects. Specific projects will have separate managers, leaders and responsible persons and I will present relevant plan in the near future," - Giorgi Kvirikashvili noted.
