The Czech Republic is a steadfast supporter of the EU-Georgia Visa Liberalisation process, - Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Jan Hamachek noted during his meeting with the Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili.

Pursuant to him, Georgia has implemented all undertakings prescribed by the Visa Liberalisation Action Plan (VLAP), which is a precondition of successful finalization of the process.

Alongside with the Georgia's European and Euro-Atlantic integration, the conversation touched upon the bilateral cooperation, future partnership and the reforms planned by the Government of Georgia. Importance of deepening the trade and economic relations between the countries was also emphasized.
The Head of the Government of Georgia thanked the Czech Republic for its unwavering support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Georgia as well its European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations.
