Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili conducted a meeting with the Foreign and Law Enforcement Ministers as well as the heads of relevant agencies and the chairs of the Parliamentary Committees to discuss the situation in Nagorno Karabakh. The Prime Minister reviewed information submitted by the representatives of all the law enforcement agencies concerning the situation in Nagorno Karabakh. Giorgi Kvirikashvili expressed deep concern regarding the escalation of the situation and the resumption of hostilities that entailed casualties among the civilians.
The Prime Minister expressed hope that the international community's efforts to de-escalate the situation will bring tangible results that are important for preserving regional peace and stability.
