At Babushera airport, four heroes from one family perished in airplane explosion -Vasiko and Nukri Tsiklauri and Temur and Zurab Zaldastanishvili were buried with military honors at the Dighomi brothers' cemetery.

The funeral ceremony was attended by the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili.

The Prime Minister thanked the family of the perished Georgian heroes for the greatest sacrifice to the territorial integrity of their homeland and discussed the role of the International Red Cross through which it was possible to transfer the bodies from Sukhumi.

According to the Prime Minister, great work has been done for exhumation of the bodies of soldiers buried in the cemetery of Babushera. Work in this direction is ongoing and identification of 12 bodies will be announced in the coming days.

"It is our Government's merit that in the light of tough relations especially after 2008, through direct dialogue with the Abkhazian side we have been able to rebury the remains of 30 heroes. We will do our best to immortalize their memory. Once again I pay tribute to the memory of our heroes, "- the Prime Minister stated.
