New public school built in the village of Zemo Machkhaani, Dedoplistskaro Municipality
The new school will accommodate 300 students. Under the project, learning areas, a library, natural science labs, a computer classroom, a gym, an outdoor stadium, and a recreation zone have been put in place.
The school is adapted for students with special educational needs.
Despite the pandemic, educational infrastructure projects were implemented without delays throughout 2020, with:
- 30 schools built
- Construction of 60 schools to be finalized in 2021
- Wet areas rehabilitated in almost 800 public schools
- 9 public schools have been fully rehabilitated, and over 150 public schools have been partially rehabilitated
Rehabilitation has started in more than 100 public schools.
