The project comprises 3 components:
Enhanced access to affordable broadband internet
Promotion of digital services connected to high-speed internet
Support for the project's implementation.

The project will enable 500,000 citizens in almost 1,000 towns, including in mountainous areas, to enjoy quality internet and services like e-healthcare, e-education, e-governance, and others.

Login Georgia has been developed by the Georgian Government, in cooperation with the World Bank, under the 2020-2025 strategy for developing broadband internet networks. The strategy was signed by Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia in January of 2020.

The project will be implemented by Open Net, in the course of 5 years, with support from the Communications Commission. The project will be supervised by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development.

Under the state's blanket internet coverage program, a pilot project was launched in Guria's Ozurgeti Municipality, to provide quality high-speed broadband internet access to 29,000 citizens in 49 settlements by the end of this year.
